The Morning Routine

Wake up and say 

Thank you for giving me a chance to enjoy another day 

SMILE and BREATHE - deep and intense 

Stretch your neck and upper back and your upper limb 

Get up and stretch your ankle and calf 

Go and Drink some water 400 ml 

YOGA

Neck stretch

Surya x5 

Keg 

Head stand/ Shoulder stand

Half squat  x 10 (count 20)

Calisthenics 


MEDITATE

BREATHING
