Stress

Stress:
This is my thought about stress.
The causes

  1. Time
  2. surrounding 
  3. financial
  4. relationship
  5. Health
  6. educational 
  7. work
1 to 5 -- fundamentals
6 and 7 -- essentials


Pre-requisite to deal with it 
  1. stay calm
  2. stay simple
  3. stay on a task at a time
  4. Breathe deep
Stress means there are too many things to handle, unable to cope with life, overwhelming, just tired, time not on our side, not enough time, people not cooperating and understanding


Points to ponder

  1. Faith 
  2. Sleep
  3. Water
  4. BMI
  5. calorie intake
Any form of sports is only entertainment. It does not offer the fan any benefit but keeping him/her entertained, that is another term for time wasting.

The Joy of being with nature is the ultimate joy

Hope for the best and be prepared for the worst

Early to bed, Early to rise makes a person healthy, wealthy and wise
